Robert graduated with a BSc (Hons) Degree in surveying (estate management) and within a year he was managing a 2 branch surveying practice and qualified as a BSI internal auditor.
He was instrumental in the commercial aspect of the largest single regeneration project in East London and at the age of 25 established his own investment company in Harlow. Two years later he purchased Clarke Hillyer and grew the company by 235% within 4 years.
Since then he has attained various accolades and at 31 he was awarded Who’s Who Young Business leader 2008, top 2% of company directors under 35, a position he has held for three years running, as well as 2010 who’s who business leader (top 0.5% of company directors). Since then he has successfully invested in 4 further start-up companies in the area.
Bryan Hunt – Bryan started in property back in the heady days of 1988, a mere 21 year old trainee negotiator for a North London firm of estate agents.
He progressed through the ranks quickly and eventually became an Area Sales Training Manager looking after in excess of 100 staff members.
Throughout this time he has been an avid property investor and sales trainer, buying and selling in excess of £10m of property and training well over 1000 people in various sales skills.
Bryan now looks after the business development for Clarke Hillyer, bringing on and developing new and exciting opportunities for the company and all those associated with it.
Now at a baby faced 43 years old, Bryan runs Investor Training Courses to impart some of the 23 years of experience in the property world that he has amassed.
